(March 30, 2000) -- Deer Park, N.Y.-- Surge Components, Inc. has expanded its family of aluminum electrolytic capacitors with the introduction of the SLS/SLSG snap-in, lug terminal styles.
Applications for these products include power supplies, computers, monitors, and amplifiers. Surge provides these products in standard and low profile case sizes for an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 (°C). The SLSG series provides the same standard and low profile sizes in an extended temperature range of -40 to +105 (°C). Impedance and ripple current ratings meet all industry standards.
Surge's standard lead time for these products is 10 to 12 weeks. Pricing ranges from $0.29 to $2.78 depending on capacitance and tolerance.
